How long will it be before we can have the DVD?
You will normally receive your DVD within 4-6 weeks from your wedding day however this may be longer during peak season. We aim to deliver your highlights video much sooner so you can enjoy your video sooner.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

Which areas do you cover?
​
We mainly film around Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire areas however we are open to travelling further out. If you require us to travel beyond a 50 mile radius
of NG1 area, we will charge 75p per mile.

When will you arrive on the wedding day?
We arrive at least an hour and a half before the ceremony or planned shoot. We want to make sure we are set up in time and also get extra shots to make your video more special. We will also speak to your vicar/registrar, run sound checks, plan positioning of the camera/s.
Can we choose the music?
Yes. We will add music of your choice to your video. We will require around 10 songs of different styles to suit various scenes and emotions of your video. If you do not provide us with any songs, we will use our expertise to choose music that compliments your film.

How many copies do we get?
​
You will always receive 3 copies of your DVD. You can order more copies - please enquire at the time of booking.
